About Aimée

I returned to Canada at the beginning of 2011 – after several years of living, working,
and eating abroad – and I’m thrilled to be home. Owning an oven for the first time since
2006 has been worth its weight in gold, as has being able to steal Mason jars and recipes
from my mother’s house on a regular basis.

I claim only to be an expert in loving and eating food – no more, no less! – and then I do
my best to create and photograph the dishes I produce from my kitchen.
